Foxy grew up in Seaford, DE as Ricky Fox. After graduating from Bucknell University, she headed to Miami, FL to teach. Federal Express sent the new family to Germantown, TN, where Ricky continued to teach, volunteer, and raise her family. At retirement, the Browns knew they wanted to return to FL. Having vacationed many times in Destin, Kelly Plantation was the obvious choice. Foxy has been in the Destin area for six years. She specializes in the luxury property market on the Emerald Coast.
